Our spaces are locally owned buildings that offer fantastic potential for you and your business. Local ownership means our tenants can reach out to us at any time. No “property managers” to go through, no middlemen, no nonsense. We offer a personal touch that corporate managed properties cannot match. We take great pride in ownership of our buildings, which are all well-maintained, with high-efficiency heating and cooling systems installed at all locations.

We DO NOT lease out on “Triple Net Lease” terms. This means that tenants do not have to worry about paying real estate taxes, general building maintenance, or building insurance. This offers peace of mind that you will not run into unexpected substantial expenses while running your business.
